Our Sales Policy

Lionhead Prices:
Our prices for pet quality rabbits are $50.
These rabbits will not usually be listed on our webpage, so please inquire if you
are looking for a pet lionhead.
These pet lionheads will be sold without a pedigree.
We guarantee these rabbits against malocclusion.
Please see below for an explanation of our teeth guarantee.
We will not sell any rabbit that has bad teeth.

Our breeding and show quality rabbits will be priced between $75-200.
These rabbits will be listed show and/or breeding quality.
These rabbits will be sold with a 4 generation pedigree.
We guarantee show quality rabbits not to have any disqualifying traits
We guarantee them against malocclusion.
We promise to be honest in our pricing on these rabbits.
Prices are subject to change as the rabbit develops, and may go up or down.
We reserve the right to price any lionhead higher or lower than
above prices as we see fit.

Velveteen Lop Prices:
Our prices for velveteen lops will be between $50-200.
We promise to be honest in our pricing of these rabbits.
Trios may be available at a reduced price.

Waiting List:
It is highly recommended that you be placed on our waiting list.
Please email us with information regarding what you're looking for:
breed, litter, color, sex, and whether you want, show, breeding or pet quality.
Requests will be placed on the list in the order they are received.
We will notify you when we feel we have something that meets your needs.

Deposits:
Rabbits can be placed on hold with a non-refundable deposit of half the sale price. Deposits can be made via paypal, money order, or cash.
The rabbit will be considered "pending" for 7 days awaiting deposit.
Once deposit is received they will be marked "hold".
If we do not receive the deposit within 7 days
and/or other arrangements haven't been made, the rabbit will be released for sale.
Feel free to inquire about rabbits marked pending, as sometimes sales fall through.

Open Balances:
The balance owed must be payed in the form of cash, money order,
or paypal at or before pick up/delivery.

Pick Up, Shipping and Delivery:
Pick up must be completed within 2 weeks of deposit being received
and/or the rabbit coming of age to leave, unless other arrangements are made.
If other arrangements have not been made, and the rabbit is still here 30 days past
the date of the deposit being received the sale will be void and the deposit forfeited.
We do not deliver rabbits.
We will however gladly bring the rabbits to a show we are attending for pick up.
We will ship, but there is a minimum purchase of $300.
Please understand that this is on top of the shipping charges and vet charges.
Shipping is weather permitting.
We can work together with the following rabbitries on shipments:
Cimmaron in Minnesota, Wetzel's Rabbitry in Minnesota.
These combined shipments are limited and depending on when we plan our visits to
Minnesota to pick up rabbits. Links to these rabbitries can be found on our links page.

Wildhaven Guarantee:
 We guarantee against genetic defects.
We also guarantee against malocclusion up to 4 months.
After 4 months teeth problems are due to injury, not genetics.
We guarantee that the rabbit was healthy at the time of sale,
that they show no signs of disease, diarrhea, and/or nasal/eye discharge.
PLEASE READ -If the rabbit dies within 12 days we will refund your money
or replace your rabbit OUR CHOICE depending on availability.
You will need to contact us immediately and proof will berequired via your vet,
requiring a veterinary statement stating cause of death.

We will not guarantee a rabbit outside the 12 day period.
We do not guarantee against death caused by other causes, including
but not limited to, abuse, neglect, extreme temperatures, malnourishment,
improper housing which causes sickness or death, injury from other animals,
exposure to other illnesses and sicknesses via other animals during travel, shows,
or at your residence. We also do not guarantee malocclusion after 4 months of age.

We also reserve the right to cancel any sale if at any time if we
don't feel the sale is beneficial for the rabbit or the new owners.
